Introduction to Yoga Course - Part 2
In this work there are no beginners or advanced students. There are some fundamental principles common to
all postures which were introduced in the 6 week Introduction to Yoga Course.
If you are new to yoga or haven't practised for a while
I recommend that you start with that course which will provide you with a good foundation for an enjoyable,
rewarding and safe yoga practice.
In this 6 week follow-up to the Introduction to Yoga Course
we revisit some of the techniques introduced on that course (indicated below with *) and
introduce some new ones.
