Practice Suggestion - Finding Our Feet

This practice incorporates material from the first session of the Yoga Course for Beginners.

Semi-supine, breath awareness, knees to chest, leg extensions, cobbler’s pose, standing, standing on one leg, warrior I, cross-legged, breath awareness, relaxation.

Practice Suggestion - Head, shoulders, knees & toes

This practice incorporates material from the second session of the Yoga Course for Beginners.

Semi-supine, breath awareness, upper body rock, little dog, lizard, praying mantis, standing, modified parsvottanasana, downward facing dog, kneeling, breath awareness, relaxation.

Practice Suggestion - Sitting Pretty

This practice incorporates material from the third session of the Yoga Course for Beginners.

Semi-supine, breath awareness, knees to chest, leg extensions, knee-down twist, lying cowhead, frog, sitting straight legged, Maricya’s pose, sitting cross-legged, triang mukha, wave breath, relaxation.

Practice Suggestion - Bending Over Backwards

This practice incorporates material from the fourth session of the Yoga Course for Beginners.

Upper-body rock, 2-foot support, serpent, half locust, equestrian, flapping fish, child, knee-down twist, breathing, relaxation.
