5. Sweep right arm out to side and overhead, lengthen right side & look up. Lower arm. |

2. Sweep right arm out to side and overhead then lower it. 3x |

4. Sweep both arms out to sides and overhead and then lower them. 3x |

3. Sweep left arm out to side and overhead then lower it 3x |

6. Sweep left arm out to side and overhead, lengthen left side & look up. Lower arm. Repeat 5 & 6 twice more. |
