5. Lateral flexion right |

2. Extend arms overhead |
|
4. Tadasana with arms extended overhead |

3. Utkatasana (chair pose) |

6. Lateral flexion left. Repeat moves 5 & 6 |
|
7. Uttanasana (forward bend) |
|
9. Twist upper body to the left. Repeat moves 8 & 9 |
|
8. From tadasana with arms forward twist upper body to right. |

Yoga teacher Jenni Adams created a sequence of postures which she called the Egyptian Salute to the Sun. Here is the sequence as I remember it. |

10. Lower arms to sides, sweep them out to the side and overhead.
