White Light |

Bring your attention to your breath. Be aware of the breath as you breathe in and out. As you breathe in feel the air passing through the nose, down the back of the throat and into the lungs. As you breathe out feel the air passing from the lungs up the back of the throat and out through the nostrils. Simply watch the breath. Don’t alter your breathing. When thoughts come, don’t get involved with them, let them go and return your attention to your breathing. Watching the breath flowing in and flowing out. As you breathe in imagine yourself breathing in a pure, white light. As you breathe out imagine yourself breathing out a dirty, grey light. The clean, healing, white light passes through the nostrils and down into the lungs with the breath in. The dirty grey light passes up from the lungs and out through the nostrils with the breath out. As you inhale feel healing and revitalising light energy entering the body. As you exhale feel yourself breathing out wastes and tension from the chest. Breathe in all that is good for your health and well being with the white light. Breathe out everything that is unhealthy, worn out or diseased with the grey light. Inhaling the healing, white light and exhaling releasing everything that is detrimental to your health and well being. Now feel the white light overflowing from the chest into the abdomen. It flows into the pelvis, legs and down to the feet. Visualise the healing light flowing into the shoulders, arms and hands… the neck and head. The white light flows to every part of the body. All the cells are bathed in this healing white light and they give up all that is unwanted… all toxins, tension, disease, pain… all that is harmful to your well being to the grey light which carries them out of your body. The white light brings with it positive feelings and emotions… love, confidence, health, courage, joy…. And the grey light takes away all that is negative… all fears, frustrations, anger and weariness. Breathing in all that is positive… and breathing out all that is negative. The white light has healed and refreshed every cell of your body and the grey light has removed all that is detrimental to your well being. Now the out breath too carries white light. See yourself breathing in and out pure, white light. Visualise yourself radiating good health and vitality.
